Captain Dr. Shan Moorthi is a visionary leader, coach, and facilitator dedicated to transforming leaders, teams, and communities. As the Founder & CEO of Teamcoach International, he has spent over 25 years empowering organizations through high-impact leadership development, coaching, and facilitation.
A former Global President of the International Association of Coaching (IAC) and author of “Coaching with R.E.S.P.E.C.T,” Dr. Shan is a respected thought leader who has coached C-suite executives, board leaders, and entrepreneurs worldwide. His unwavering commitment to leadership excellence extends beyond corporate spaces into community development and CSR initiatives.
His passion for creating an inclusive coaching culture led Teamcoach International to be listed in the Malaysia Book of Records as the first organization to certify visually impaired coaches, setting a new standard for diversity in the coaching industry.
With a Ph.D. in Business Administration focused on coaching, leadership, and entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Canberra, Dr. Shan is also an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator | Master, IAC-Certified Coach™, and EMCC Accredited Team Coach (Practitioner).

Julius Ordoñez is the President and owner of Benchmark Consulting. He has more than 20 years of solid experience in the areas of organizational, leadership and team development, executive coaching, management consulting, business management, mentoring and writing.
He is Philippines’ first-ever ICF Master Certified Coach and among the world’s first to receive the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. He served as one of the subject matter experts (SME) for an ICF Global project that looked into the tasks, skills and traits of a professional coach, leading to the update of the ICF Core Competencies. He also acted in the same capacity for the development of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies.
He was the 2015-2017 President of Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC), the reputable organization of professional coaches in the Asia Pacific Region and the founder of the ICF Philippines Chapter. Through his ICF-accredited coaching courses, he has trained and mentored hundreds of ICF professional coaches and thousands of leaders from around the world. She is an Adjunct Professor of The City University of Hong Kong and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chan has more than 30 years’ experience in the capital and financial market. She is a professional accountant and have been senior management of various listed companies in Hong
