Coaching Engage+ provides a platform for coaches to offer services across various categories. Users can request a call from coaches by submitting a form, while coaches can create accounts to list their services.
All payments for coaching services are arranged directly between coaches and users. Coaches are responsible for setting up payment methods and ensuring all fees for their services are paid in full.
AsiaHRM Coaching Engage+ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
AsiaHRM Coaching Engage+ will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from disputes between coaches and users.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users and coaches will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
